APPLICATION

Single-Core V90HT High-Temperature Cable | AS-Compliant High-Temperature Electrical Connection Solution

Designed for demanding high-temperature industrial environments, the single-core V90HT high-temperature cable utilizes V90HT PVC insulation material compliant with AS3808 standards (continuous temperature resistance of 90°C, short-circuit tolerance up to 250°C/5 seconds), paired with high-purity copper conductors compliant with AS1125 standards (bare copper wire PCW/tinned copper wire TCW). This ensures the safe and stable operation of electrical systems under extreme conditions.

The product is triple-certified to AS3191, AS1125, and AS3808 standards, offering 10 standard color codes such as red, blue, and green, covering conductor specifications from 0.5-6 mm². It combines excellent conductivity with superior oxidation resistance.

The unique insulation structure design allows the cable to maintain a compact outer diameter (2.6-4.7 mm) while delivering higher current-carrying capacity (12-50A) and lower line losses (resistance values of 13.3-26.7 Ω/km). It is an ideal choice for electrical connections in high-temperature areas across industries such as metallurgy, chemical engineering, and new energy.
